Punish'UM Motorsports are teaming up with our own Lt Governor James Aiona to produce a statewide "Speed Safely" PSA for 2007. With traffic fatalities and traffic citations at record highs due to street racing the 2007 campaign was decided as one of the best ways to get the word out to keep it off the street and on a racetrack and "Speed Safely".
